Refunds

Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise specified. There are no restocking fees associated with the return.

Exclusions

Please note that final sale items, including but not limited to opened vibrators, anal toys, or any other products that have been used, are not eligible for returns. For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as used anal plugs, male masturbators, and G-spot vibrators cannot be returned.
